It combines ongoing training and education resources and is comprised of representatives from HBCUs with current cybersecurity curriculums and related industry coursework.

The HBCU Cybersecurity Fellows Program (HCFP) is as a key program of the Learning Innovation Center, designed to upskill HBCU faculty in cybersecurity.
The HBCU CyberChat is a virtual speaker series designed to enhance the cybersecurity knowledge and awareness of students, faculty, and industry professionals within PROPEL’s HBCU Cybersecurity Consortium.
This program will guide students in designing a personalized learning plan aimed at securing a career in cybersecurity. Throughout this process, an accelerator mentor will provide support via structured and self-paced labs.
Join the HBCU Cybersecurity Consortium Steering Committee. We will have 11 active members and no more than 15 faculty members, reflecting a balance between industry representation and other key stakeholders.
